The picture shows Daisy's collated quilt for their final university project. The quilt has a backing of a brown quilt and a crochet blanket, hand-stitched together. On top of this base, there is Ky's bedroom portrait, illustrated on a tote bag using vibrant paints, beads, and threads. To the right is Ollie's bedroom portrait, which is illustrated on an upcycled bright yellow 'Taxi' bag, which is an independent vintage shop on Norwich market. The illustrations are dark blue and red. Below to the left, is Daisy's parent's bedroom, which is the largest piece of fabric. The text is a mulitude of colourful recycled fabrics, which reads: "A bedroom is a very intimate place. It's your sanctuary. It's where you're most vulnerable; most honest; and dare I say it, you're most naked." Finally, to the bottom right, is Izzy's bedroom portrait, which is a brown emblem with an orange, yellow, pink, and green colour palette. The quilt is displayed on a mattress, alongside a bedside table, rugs, and slippers, to create an immersive bedroom environment.

'Sit With Me For A Little While', final BA degree project at Norwich University of the Arts.

This project was an interactive exhibition that explores human connection within domestic spaces. This project is specifically centred on investigating how and why people decorate their bedrooms.

The project's findings were collated into an illustrated fabric quilt in an immersive bedroom space, engaging both visual and tactile senses for a more holistic viewing experience.

Each time the quilt is displayed, the question 'what makes your bedroom your own?' is displayed, with a box for people to submit their answers. This documents audience interpretation and provides additional stories for future projects.
